1. Direct hair planting

This is a traditional method, which is to plant nylon wire and abrasive wire directly on the grinding roller.

Disadvantages: Although the strength can be very high, the hair planting cost is high, and it is impossible to replace it locally, which is a helpless choice in the early stage.

2. Winding type

Advantages: A hair planting method introduced from abroad, the abrasive wire is made into a metal strip that can be wound, and then wound on the grinding roller, which can be customized according to the length of the grinding roller.

Disadvantages: Since the abrasive wire is stuck on the metal strip, it will cause the phenomenon of wire drawing (the abrasive wire is pulled out), the strength is not high, and only the two ends are fixed after winding, so it is difficult to make it tight in the middle. If one end is loose, an accident will occur.

3. Nylon sleeve

Advantages: Simple manufacturing process

Disadvantages: It is the type with the most problems. The thermal expansion and contraction of nylon will cause the nylon to lengthen, and the nylon at both ends of the roller body will grow out of the grinding roller and press against the machine, which will also cause the nylon sleeve to burst, making the entire grinding roller scrapped; the use of saddle pins to plant bristles is not strong and easy to lose hair; the strength of nylon is not high, and the planting density cannot be increased, etc.
